Continuing Education Programs

  • Study The System

If you feel lost in your work, uncertain of how to pick exercises for clients, or were trained originally in a contemporary or modern approach to Pilates, this program is for you.

This is a 1-year deep dive, bridging program, into the Traditional Method of Joseph Pilates, comprehensively designed to teach you the full traditional system in a fully equipped Gratz studio.

You'll learn how to assess, connect with, and reassess your clients using the Traditional Method, enabling you to teach uniquely to the individual in front of you.

The curriculum includes hands-on training with all the different studio apparatus:

Traditional Mat: Learn the foundational mat work order.

Traditional Reformer: Master the traditional order and understand how spring resistance provides insights into your client's body.

Cadillac: “The spotlight” explores the movement patterns for the client’s needs in that session.

Wunda Chair: The smallest level of support to continue connections for the client.

The program includes four in-person workshops held in our Los Angeles studio, which will also be recorded for those who can't attend live, and two virtual meetups.

Prerequisites: Participants must have completed a fully comprehensive 450-hour Pilates Teacher Training program.

Cost: $4200 includes 4 weekend workshops and mentoring discussion hours
