I hold a Master's in Kinesiology with advanced training in Orthopedic Rehabilitation and Geriatric Exercise. My personal experience using therapeutic Pilates movement to manage chronic injuries during my career as a professional dancer guides my practice. I specialize in helping clients bridge the gap between physical therapy and fitness or return-to-sport, managing chronic pain, focusing on areas of orthopedic injury recovery (low back pain, joint replacements), and women’s health throughout the lifespan

I work with clients when they are cleared for movement post-acute injury or pre-/post-surgical, and when managing ongoing chronic pain conditions in collaboration with my physical therapy colleagues and other allied health professionals.
