Private Pilates Sessions

Pilates-based Corrective Exercise and Traditional Pilates

to help you move better, manage pain, and achieve your performance goals. Sessions are 50 minutes and are available in-person or virtually.

  • Sport-Specific Training: Improve performance, reduce the likelihood of common injuries, and fully recover to continue your training. Ideal for the Dancer, Golfer, Triathlete, and other dedicated athletes.

  • General Movement & Wellness: Customized programming to increase overall strength, balance, mobility, and physical capacity, serving as the foundation for lifelong injury prevention, rehabilitation, fitness, and health regardless of where you're starting.

Wellness Consultations

A comprehensive, deep-dive session designed to guide your overall wellness approach. This is ideal for those seeking advice to personalize their existing routine, improve their workspace, or manage their movement independently. Sessions are 50 minutes and are available in-person or virtually.

Your Consult Includes:

  • In-Depth Assessment: Discussion of your current fitness style, injury history, and future goals.

  • Physical Evaluation: A visual assessment of posture and gait, plus movement assessments of joint range, stability, and muscle length.

  • Personalized Plan: A detailed training plan formulated to address your unique needs, including specific exercises and detailed instructions for a self-guided home program.

  • Lifestyle Guidance: Ergonomics advice and guidance on a lifestyle approach to reduce pain, fatigue, and stiffness.

  • Referrals: Local referrals are available as needed for allied healthcare, including physical therapy, massage therapy, chiropractic, and acupuncture services.
